The round 1 winners for government solar flag ship program will announce on the first half of 2011 both from government/company published info. If TSI won the funding. Then we basically refurbish the Collinsville PowerStation free from tax payers. That means the shareprice will go up as a result of it.
At the meantime, our money will collect the 12.5% interests/yields while we are waiting for the result from our 8.2 cents dividends.
