Yes it will - they don't care. They just want money for sales and sometimes they issue pro forma, mineangless enquiries and that's it. The same with ASIC. In the past I witnessed complete mismanagement (eg. KZL) and ASIC did nothing. So I agree - it is a joke. So instead of us being INVESTORS we, if any, have to be traders. Full stop. But with BKN the risk was high that they will go bunkrupt. So those who took the risk got rewarded.
