Sorry madmacs I might be missing the main point...
Im also not a big fan of the performance bonuses mainly cos theyre set at only $1-00 or an "event"whatever that this...
but i thought the letter was to apologize for having to give out our personal details to 2 other shareholders who will probably write to the larger blocks of shareholders to suggest ways to vote at the agm doesnt bother me as im ok with the heads up just wish the "imminment" results were sooner like tomorrow
as for the directer selling not sure its a big deal either, probably just getting rid of a few, for end of year financial reasons
