1c to 2.6 c...Hallelujah?

Results will come out mediocre at best, Have seen these little ripple rally's with HOR many times over, nothing new to see here. Don't forget how deep in the hole holders really are, Don't forget how management's PR release announcements that look like they are done the night before homework is due, Don't forget how great management are in keeping its shareholders and potential capital investors totally in the dark for months/years at a time.

I would love to jump on the bandwagon of optimism in the midst of this little flurry of activity, But how useless is this company's management?
