20/7/15: UBN signs a HSA with NG Bailey. No fee was specified
7/8/15: UBN signs HSA with Key FM expected to generate A$1.9m in revenue
24/8/15: UBN enters customer agreement with Interactive (DC monitoring company > 2000 customers)
26/8/15: UBN signs HSA with NSL in Qatar, potential 15-year deal
15/9/15: UBN secured contract with Sigma (5000 units + 1200 to complete). UBN will receive variable platform usage fees on a monthly basis
23/10/15: UBN signs agreement with Strata Care (600 residential buildings comprising 6000 apartments). UBN will receive $10 usage fee per transaction on a monthly basis
1/12/15: UBN enters into a number of new agreements in South Africa (9000 units from TopNotch alone + more). UBN will receive variable platform usage fees on a monthly basis
11/12/15: UBN signs HSA with Pivotal. UBN will receive variable platform usage fee on a monthly basis
4/1/16: UBN signs HSA with One Place in NZ (12 buildings and 1300 units). Receive variable platform usage fee based on the number of work orders processed
4/2/16: UBN signs HSA with Dubai Parks and Resorts (due to open this Oct). UBN will receive an activation fee followed by bundle service fee agreed annually
16/2/16: UBN signs HSA with MWH Global (roll out to 180 offices, trial run). UBN will receive variable platform usage fees on a monthly basis.

While revenue for this HY is unknown, momentum of the business is definitely building up month on month as more and more agreement signed.

I don't know about you guys but I am quietly confident about a good HY16 and a better FY16
