several reasons: cisco seems to want to sell out - as recently reduced holdings from 12 to 10% - but the stock has low volume and cant handle that kind of load as the top 20 holds 87%. in addition, in order to grow faster, the company has decided to expand faster and thus incur greater costs which have led to them missing the prospectus forecasts. also the company doesnt seem to like giving out guidance or forecasts for 2016 so nothing much to evaluate the company against.
