Good little company, page-7

the good thing about this company is that its been profitable for a couple of years - partly due to the research tax refund but profitable nonetheless. revenue has been growing 100% year on year . compared to rfn which i also happen to own, this one has a history of earnings and revenues for several years . what bothers me most about this stock is about its costs - more specifically employee benefit expanses. last year it was 1.7 mil now its ballooned to 4.3mil . like if the employee benefit expenses remained the same then our net profit would be 3.3 mil which would have then been 100% increase. what have they been doing there?
