amzg conversion AMC to offer repurchase of AMZG at $105.26 which is more than the $105 in shares if converted, so they clearly are offering the cash in preference to shares. They will also buy back any shares which are converted at the market so as not to dilute shares. Seems taking the cash is the way to go - any opinions?
