    TOTAL MKT CAP=$81.75m

    ASSETS- 300m AVN shares @2.9=$8.7m
    -Cash from AVN, inc milestone payments=$7m
    -Cash 31/3 (Part used to purchase GYM debt=$6.5m
    TOTAL LIQUIDS=$22.2m
    OTHER ASSETS=Lady Loretta (25%) zinc play?
    Does Lady Loretta interest have a value of $59.55m at the moment- not in my opinion, this stock is way, way way overvalued.
