IMO it is just the expected timelines don't match people's short term goals for capital gains.
I honestly think it's a long term keeper and would top up if I wasn't exhausted of available funds, but maybe wait for the next major announcement.
I don't think there has been enough time for the dust to settle from the merger and hope to see some solid, thought-out and unified plans to move towards production.
