    I would have thought that most bmm shareholder's would be jumping at this opportunity, I don't think the bmm board are selling out at all, I have been invloved with other gold explorers, producing fesability studies for those companies trying to make the jump from explorer to producer, it's extremely risky and often ends in massive dilution and ultimatly bankrupty, look at gleneagle and the like, CRE a recent one to make the move is struggling in the current environment to make any cash profit and is only surviving due to a large cash backing from deutche. In this deal bmm gets to go straight from explorer to producer immediatly without all the risk and will still benefit from future resource upgrades if they hold on to NGF. In my opinion its a win win.
