But.

You may have read that some were selling NGF and byiung BMM to get some discount relying on the merger going to happen.

If the merger will not fly those guys sold a producer stock to an early stage explorer stoch, with an totally different risk profile. They may be forced to sell.

As someone else already posted, the market gives very low valuation to lots of pure exploration gold plays.

So all what I want to say.. if the merger does not go through it may be very possible that BMM s/p get under pressure.
