1pm.With review of Trafford Coal& another V Calcifier in the Supreme court of QLD having concluded by 10.00am,because Justice McMurdo has a trial starting at 10am.The court system should have outcome posted by 4.45pm.Hope MNM,s PR have the nous to ANN.the outcome of this case after market today,as to alleviate the obvious concerns from some SH,s, about taking up the CR offer.IMHO, I find it hard to believe the case will go against MNM,due to the fact Calcifier have found it very hard to prop up their arguement.But because of due process needed to be followed,Justice McMurdo has allowed as much leeway for Calcifier to a present a case for,why he should NOT adjudicate in Trafford Coal/MNM favour..From my understanding of what Justice McMurdo has done is to give Calcifier ONE last chance at the dice,so as to make it harder for Calcifier to appeal his decision.GL to all.
