Exergen asked the State Government to not follow the standard process for coal allocation and to just give it to them. The State Governmnet said no, you will have to go through the same process as everyone else. Hence the reason why Mantle's CEO (Ex-Exergen) has pegged the ground at BM and in the LV through the standard tenement allocation process with the Vic DPI. Mantle/Exergen are progressing at BM first as it has existing infrastructure which will reduce time and cost to development.
