    Hi TJ , sorry did you read my reply, wasn't talking about Syrah, totally agree with you, highly unlikely they ever made an offer, my reply was speculating that maybe they were waiting for something better at a more reasonable price. Hint, my speculation has something to do with the forum we are now on. Anyway as I said we can live and hope. All, note the word speculation and DYOR
