Yes I do remember reading that comment about buying other people's operations, perhaps they will be willing to wait a few years to take control of vanadium market, perhaps not, are there any other big players out there that would pose a threat to a wait and see type strategy, talking about from commodity trader side not graphite company side. If you want to post a reply on the graphite thread I will venture over there, do read all your posts over there.
