If they are closing out their short positions there is someone happy to feed their 'buy' orders with volume.
Staggering how well they cover generally speaking.
Its going to take some actual financials via quarter end reports to get sustained SP movement here.
SP has another 20% to climb just to get back to CR price. Good trade there for the brave a week or so ago.
