If this saga were being played out a year ago, I would agree with you that the SP would have run up a bit more by now. But, as we stand now with the uncertainty of the world's economic problems, people are understandably nervous and want concrete news to buy.

Let's hope it's going to be a story of fortune favours the brave.

The one hope that I cling onto is that if the story is that there is no deal yet then there would be little need to delay the announcement. The delay (and I am hoping this is the case) may be to give the JV partner a chance to synchronise its announcement with that of NKP.
