They haven't got mental disease as its just tactics in play to accumulate at the best possible price, and once the SP has taken off then they will buy a small parcel and say they now own stocks but then possibly want to sell so there for upramping, anyway this is a long hold and buy on every dip as we will get higher lows from here, therefore love the downrampers and suppressors as it bennifits long term holders and accumulators. Of course the key is picking the high's and lows at every point which is only easy if you are calling the shots. Not long now before we get that 50% to 100% jump in the SP. Just my view
