Not really. After all, would you want to spend an extra couple of days taking in the sights of LM, or for that matter vacationing on LD? I think not.
As to Colin Barnett taking matters into his own hands, I think he intends to in a more general way yhan the specific instance of the Kimberly LNG hub given that he has signalled TO's who just block mines may well lose their rights.
