With the automatic extension now over, and no comment from LG about extending the offer, it appears its all over.

Now that they own 75% of SBL, minority share holders at at the mercy of Lion Gold. In fact, I believe that LG would have the right to delist SBL if they so wanted now (i think with 70% you can delist a company).

Wishing all those still holding the best of luck (with luck LG will extend an offer for you to get out as well).
