SBL signature metals limited

As far as I know, i dont think they can delist a company just...

    As far as I know, i dont think they can delist a company just because they wish to and when they hold 76%. They would need to justify reasons for their delisting to the regulators and might take on the risk of a class action by the remaining shareholders.

    Also, having SBL listed on the ASX doesnt seem to resonate with LGs investment model stated in their website.

    I might be wrong but would be interesting to see what happens.
