    Bubsmark, As mentioned in the notice, any further information supplied to the Share Holders/Market may jeopardise the negotiations currently in place.
    If they had of reported that the payments had been made, i'm sure you will agree that this would put a differing slight on these negotiations and potentially give investors the wrong message Pos/Neg.
