Assuming that both of these established businesses they acquired are profitable, they may be able to cover TBH's ongoing expenses with this. If this is the case, then the acquisition of Dynamic Odds and Gloabl Betting could fund the day to day costs. All they need to do from there is expand the business and offer their existing products through the channels.
For the Rights Issue, $0.08 should get through IMO.
