It is clear that BLK are still engaged in a capital raising and sometimes this can take longer than expected. The last announcement states that an update is expected on Monday 27-Oct-14 but the key word here is "expected". This is different than saying an update "will be" issued on a certain date. I don't see any lies at this stage. I would prefer BLK focus on getting the funds at the best price rather than updating the market with the obvious.
