1. Customer - 9/10. U.S. Military and one of the largest Mattress manufacturers, very good for initial customers
2. Vision - 10/10. Solution to toxic or overpriced alternatives
3. Culture - 9/10. Don't know of any talented staff that we have lost.
4. Product - 10/10. superior product to alternates that can be integrated into existing production line. Polymer & Resin adapted.
5. Message - 7/10. Would be good to see some information being directed to end use consumers. Doing a good job with industry, eg. Product awards
6. Brand - 7/10. se as 5.
A couple more important items:
7. Business Model - 8/10. Low capital outlay with Toll manufacturing, suits early growth strategy. Provides upside to reduce cost when things get rolling by bringing production inhouse.
8. Capital Structure - 7/10. For the time being, watch this space re: NYSE listing
