Well, in my estimations - IF we were buying existing shares from end of April to October last year at $1.39 each (which apparently we weren't - Fortitude were diluting too - so that should be recorded) - we would have spent $5.3 mill to go to the 46.2% ownership.
(3,838,459 shares at $1.39 = $5,307,658)
That was working on the share register of 57,245,335 shares and anticipating that we were buying Fortitude shares from Angolans, as Smyth had originally indicated.
The 'new shares' was a story that started later...
Audit worthy resolution? Well, it WAS!
Even allowing for some Tim Tams, Fortitude SHOULD have a good chunk of cash.....you would think?
