This will increase our annual run rate to roughly $6mill, which is exceptional for a SaaS company. Most SaaS businesses are trading at a 8.91x revenue multiple, while the median is 8.29x revenue multiple.
This would given Knosys a valuation of around $48~54mill. Including cash of $3.4mill, we are well positioned to double, if not triple, in the coming quarters. The scrip for Green Orbit is also a massive upside to the transaction, the business will be keen to hit the ground running and continually increase the value of the business for their own sake.
