There are legitimate questions posed by concerned shareholders with no answers of any substance provided.
There is a lack of "facts" provided.
History is quickly put down as "the past is the past" even when the past still is relevant to today, unless it suits the company story.
Others are blamed for the poor management. Remember, it is the board and management in charge, not other irrelevant shareholders.
