We don't know anything for sure based on what BRN has told us. Based on what they have said it sounds like the dispute is about the amount of the invoice rather than the timing as you allude to.
There has to be some kind of bad blood between Brainchip and SNTech, otherwise they wouldn't make it public that they're having an invoice dispute with them.
