I put a question to Louis last night about why this was labeled “a dispute” with SNTech especially since Aegis has not been fully rolled out to Lockport yet.
Then it dawned on me, LDN has repeatedly told us about BRN's preferred sales model. So I bet he has put the Agreement with SNTech for the distribution of their Aegis products on a similar footing as he has with Bager (as BRN's sales representative in Southern California.) Note under the Bager Agreement I believe their buy the product from BRN before they onsell to the customer.
