Totally disagree with your never average down comment. Every purchase needs to be independent of the last . Some of my best gains have been due to averaging down, as well as reentering a stock i exited at higher prices. Great example , prime media, was in the dollars, I entered in the 20s , sold in the 20s at marginal loss, re entered heavily at 9-11 c , got taken over at 45c

As for Votiro being around since 2010, back then and for the first decade it was a Japanese facing business where the product was sold as a license. They have gotten out of this low value legacy business in the last 2 years and the cyber security risks have increased exponentially as has the flow of data globally

Speaking to company recently they are highly focused on hitting break even mid next year even if it means a little cost cutting. Votiro leveraged resources up to meet the increased demand and pipeline. They do recognize though the cash outflow needs to be arrested and they intend to absolutely do that

Its a critical 6 months , but we are all assuming the cost base is permanent which it is not, especially given the very high renewal rates

I think at 1.4c with an option at 2.5c for 1 year is a very good risk reward. even at 2c its a 45% return, that is how i see it

They hit the numbers , the 2.5c options may have some value by end of next year. lets say its 2.8c , then its 100% on the heads and another 25% on the options 125% return
