kytsym is claiming the interest rate on the loan extension is 35% per month (not 35% p.a.) I'm the one who is claiming its more like 37% p.a. which is ok for a short term loan.
This is what the interest would be if it were 35%/mth
$10.8m x 35% x 3mths = $11.34m (interest only)
I dont mind anyone who posts facts.
But this is just scaremongering.
