The point I am making by posting this small example...and there are 2 suitcases full of stuff like this...is that OP were offerring 2 products:
1. margin lending
2. securities lending
And that the LVRs quoted for margin lending, would have been agreed between ANZ and Opes...which would suggest ANZ had complicit knowledge of what was being marketed
