Also, securities lending via the AMSLA states the borrower (Opes/ANZ) put up collateral usually at an LVR of 105%. There is no scope in this transaction for the borrower to then change that LVR...if anything the lender (Opes Clients) calls on extra collateral from the borrower if the price goes up to maintain the LVR.
