1031, I wasnt having a go at you. I assumed you must have been a new holder of GGP and expected alot of SP appreciation. If you've held GGP for a while you should very well know the sort of price action GGP will do on a daily basis and that should have set your expectations when taking a position into a GGP.
Thats said a move to 2.4c bid side today for GGP has been acknowledged by alot of GGP holders today, which is significant. Whereas this didnt meet your expectations.
FYI GGP is not going to do crazy SP action with the record date looming and without commercial indications for the wells drilled so far.
