Angry, I don't doubt that these projects can be done and are being done...we should just take Mark's time frames with a grain of salt. I would have bailed ages ago if I thought he couldn't deliver, however many delays are out of his control and believe the refinery will suffer similar delays, but will be a huge asset when completed.
