    Don't rate or trust this Manager, however, I have got into this now and was pleased with today's development.

    If someone is trying to pay less than half of your NTA then why not sell a significant asset at a small 6% discount.

    No debt issues anymore and the opportunity exists for an orderly realisation of assets.
