Yes I suppose many Indians speak English. My point was that their association with Australia is likely to be tenuous. Probably little more than an Australian passport held as an option to access our social security system.
I believe Australian passports shouldn’t be a free option to access our social security system. Like US passports they should come with a requirement to pay tax on worldwide income.
