Good points Fredy, but you neglect to see even POS is in a financial crisis !!!
They had $4M and after this Quarter it will be less. The Dewatering of all the mines costs money and must be done to avoid flooding, let alone the stink of the ex CEO departure expenses. POS is still burning cash and will need money shortly. You don't wait till the bank balance is Zero $$ before organising funds... Plus everytime you pop up the next day the sp tanks. So let's see if your success ratio is still 100% !!!
