hmm id say that an agreement is good news for the stability of the company but the terms dont particularly look like good news - 6mill euro refinancing fees, 250,000 one-off fee, and 26,000 and 22,000 ongoing monthly payments...sounds a bit rich to me. I'd like to see what interest rate equates to 48,000 euro per month...id guess that its substantially more than what they were paying
