Main query I have is that I thought $83/ton was the FOB price by 2019(and most pessamistic option) so you would have to add to that ~$12/ton for CFR price wouldn't you? Making it $95/ton.
Perhaps our management has also done more analysis/has more experience than Shree and their price more accurately reflects the costs. Certainly they have been cautious enough up to now to warrant the thought. Also they certainly have much experience in getting up junior resources.
So yeah another scenario for you to consider
