So true! Seems some people are forgetting that with entry into ASX200 from yesterday, there will be institutional holders/fundies needing to top up their portfolios. And they won't be wanting to pay top rates either- so some downward price pressure is inevitable at this point. I see that while shorting is down to 0.92% on 16th March 2021 (26, 654,505 million shares), gross short sales totalling more than 17 million were reported by ASX (around 15mill on Friday and 2.5mill yesterday).
