I mention to some friends that I would like to day trade but most responses are that it is still the same as gambling or looking at charts is almost like a self-fulfilling prophecy loop (i.e. you can see the trends you want to see after the fact). Do you have any thoughts on that as an experienced trader with 20 years data?
Also any tips on where you would recommend to start learning?
