I think Galaxy has different problems. Their problem is quality as they have been desperately trying to reach 6.0 whereas PLS has been regularly shipping 6.0 SPOD with a LOW iron oxide content AND has been successful in finding other customers to take some of the excess production e.g. Great Wall Motors. As I understand things, quality and consistency are the most important and most sought after qualities from a chemical conversion perspective.
