correction: WFE Does Not have an operating plant. They have an agreement to buy 50% of the JV to operate the plant. But they don't have the MONEY.
Their current Cash Balance is $10k (after the recent trip to China again).
Won't be able to pay next month's rent.
They have NOT been able to raise USD $5M in the last 15 months, as the company has been suspended.
So unless you guys pass the tin around, your company WFE is destined for Liquidation, by the end of October.
You just don't have enough Cash to weather this incoming storm.
