Funny you mention road and 2020, that road got canned for PLS .....loan withdrawn quietly. Not sure but maybe too much debt? Maybe just routes no longer suited? Any clues?
on 2020, some say spod price will not start to improve till then - not me guessing - talking about the management of other lithium companies, dunno.
