This is absolute nonsense. Reality is, prices are so low that they aren't interested in flooding the market and only getting a pittance for it. PLS have also stopped mining and just just sold stockpile you do realise?
Unlike PLS, Galaxy is already a low cost producer and actually makes a profit...
