ORE makes a profit, albeit a small one. PLS is unprofitable and has a lot of debt. We just had a CR to remain solvent, so we really need promised efficiencies to kick in within 6 months.
If we aren't making money June 2020 (or very close to it), I think the company will need to CR again, leading to massive destruction of shareholder wealth. Alternately, it will go insolvent soon after and a Chinese conglomerate will buy it on the cheap, with help from CATL.
