The supply agreement between GFL & BMW speficically states that Gangeng will supply chems to the battery or cathode material suppliers as designated by BMW for the next 5 years. This agreement from my recollection is the first of its kind, providing confidence to the chem, cathode and cell maker to invest in expansion. I wonder if VW/GFL agreements are similar?
